| 摘 要： | 介绍了宝钢股份烧结锅炉热废气综合利用情况。将一烧结锅炉热废气作为二烧结保温炉热风来源,并对保温炉进行改造。改造后,二烧结料层表面的烧结矿强度得到提高,能耗指标和成品率指标均有改善。

| Abstract: | The comprehensive utilization of hot waste gas of sintering boiler of Baosteel Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd was introduced.The hot waste gas of boiler of No.1 sinter machine was used as the hot air source for after-heating furnace of No.2 sinter machine,and the after-heating furnace was reconstructed.After reconstruction,the strength of sinter on the bed surface of No.2 sinter machine was improved,and the energy consumption index and product yield index were all improved. |
