摘    要:针对国内球团厂膨润土添加量过大,造成球团矿铁品位降低的问题,研究了新型添加剂M部分替代膨润土制备球团的效果。结果表明,添加少量的有机粘结剂可有效降低膨润土用量,用0.1%的M拌0.6%的膨润土造球,球团矿的各项性能指标均能满足生产要求,比只添加2%膨润土的球团铁品位提高了1.17%。

Abstract:In view of lower grade iron grade in pellet caused by addition of excessive bentonite in domestic pelletizing plant,the effect of partial replacement of bentonite with new type of additive M for preparation of pellet was researched.The result shows that adding a small amount of organic binder can effectively reduce the consumption of bentonite,using 0.1% M to mix with 0.6% bentonite for pelletizing,all the performance indexes can meet production requirements,and the iron grade in pellet is 1.17% higher than that with addition of only 2% bentonite.
