| 摘 要： | 在电力市场中，各个参与成员的目的是追求自身利益的最大化。为获得最大的利益，必须在遵循一定市场规则前提下做出最优化的决策。市场就意味着风险，电力市场也不例外，电力市场下的可中断负荷管理同样存在着种种风险。如何调动用户的主动性，积极和电力公司配合共同参与可中断负荷管理，首先需要解决可中断机制设计和可中断电价确定这两个关键问题，也就是要设计出科学合理的可中断负荷管理模型。

| Abstract: | In electricity market,the purpose of every members is making max profit.To do that,we must follow the market rules and make the optimal decision.Market means risk,so does the electricity market and the management of interruptible load.How to upgrade customers's initiative,to let them manage the interruptible load together with power companiesThe design of interruptible load mechanism and the price of the interruptible load are the key to solution of the problem.And it means to design reasonable model of interruptible load management. |
