大流量可调喷嘴设计与实验研究

摘    要:分析了大流量可调喷嘴的流量压差特性和受力特性,设计了螺旋流道加流通面积自动可调的喷嘴结构形式,进行了流量压差特性和雾化性能实验,检验了喷嘴的液滴分布特性、雾化角度以及流量压差特性,该喷嘴可满足大范围流量变化时的压差与雾化要求,试验结果验证了该设计方法的合理性和有效性。理论分析方法、实验方法以及设计结果可直接应用于产品研制。

Abstract:Flux pressure characteristic and mechanics characteristic of a big flux and flow area adjustable atomizer nozzle were analyzed. Screw flow channel structure and flow structure whose flow area can be adjusted automatically were designed. Test of flux pressure characteristic and atomization characteristic was done. Size distribution characteristic of atomization particles, ejection angle and flux pressure characteristic were inspected. The atomizer nozzle satisfied the demand of pressure and atomization in big flux changing range. Test results prove that the device methods is reasonable and valid. The theories analysis methods, test methods and design results can be used for product development immediately.
