| 摘 要： | 作为一种理论学说，政府法治论与其他关于行政法理论基础的学说一样，有待进一步的理论论证和实战检验。本文试通过论证政府法治论的哲学、经济、政治和人文四大基础，阐述了该学说的相对理性和科学性，以期推动学术界对行政法理论基础的深入研究。
