摘    要:2003年1月2号机组发电增加负荷过程中(200→300MW)发生转动部分抬起事故,上迷宫环内梳齿严重磨损。对抬机原因进行了分析。针对预防蓄能机组抬机提出了建议。希望能为蓄能电站设计、调试和运行提供参考。

Cause analysis on rotating part lifting of Unit 2 in Tianhuangping Pumped Storage Plant

Abstract:Rotating part lifted up while loading 200 MW up to 300 MW for Unit 2 of Tianhuangping Pumped Storage Plant. Thus the inner finges of the upper labyrinth ring were damaged. This paper describes the process of the lifting, check and test of Unit 2, analyzes the cause of the accidental lift. Furthermore, some suggestions about design, debugging and operation of pumped storage units are given in order to prevent the accidental lift.
