超大口径PCCP管道结构安全与质量控制研究

简要介绍了国家＂十一五＂科技支撑计划项目＂南水北调中线工程关键技术研究与应用＂课题之一＂超大口径PC-CP管道结构安全与质量控制研究＂课题研究成果,包括PCCP结构安全性关键技术、超大口径PCCP制造关键技术及质量控制标准、安装关键技术及质量控制标准、PCCP阴极保护成套技术、PCCP管道水力特性参数等。研究工作紧密结合PCCP工程的实际情况,课题取得的成果可应用于PCCP工程建设、管理,对我国PCCP相关规范的制定具有指导意义,对PCCP在我国的应用起到推导作用。

Study on Structural Safety and Quality Control of Large Diameter PCCP

This paper briefly introduces the research results achieved by the research team of the project named Structural Safety and Quality Control of Large Diameter PCCP, which is supported by the National Key Technologies R & D program of China during the Eleventh Five-year Plan. The main research results include key technologies on PCCP structural safety, large diameter PCCP manufacturing key technologies and quality control standards, large diameter PCCP installation key technologies and quality control standards, PCCP cathodic protection technologies, PCCP pipe hydraulic parametets. This work has a close connection with actual PCCP projects, The results can he used as guidelines to PCCP construction, project management, and the developmerit of PCCP related specifications. It certainly has an instructive meaning for PCCP applications in China.
