微生物絮凝剂产生菌的分离选育及鉴定

摘    要:从内蒙古科技大学校区内土壤、生活污水、活性污泥中分离筛选到三株高效微生物絮凝剂产生菌.优化培养后,培养液对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝率均可达到90%以上.通过菌落特征、生理生化特征等试验,鉴定MBF-2,MBF-10微生物为固氮菌属细菌(Azotobacter sp);MBF-5微生物为气单胞菌细菌(Aeromonas sp).

Abstract:Three strains producing bio-flocculant with high flocculanting activity were screened from soil, waste water and activated sludge. The results of flocculation test show that the flocculating rate was over 90% against kaolin clay suspension. MBF-2 and MBF-10 were identified as Azotobacter sp. MBF-5 was identified as Aeromonas sp.
