| 摘 要： | 在理论界和实务界日益关注企业社会责任的形势下,对企业的社会责任履行情况进行评价尤为重要。通过对企业社会责任理论与实践的回顾,阐述了企业社会责任的实质及其内涵,结合钢铁企业的特点,以企业履行社会责任的具体对象为模块,阐述了构建钢铁企业社会责任评价指标体系的相关问题。

| Abstract: | It is particularly important to evaluate the corporate performance of social responsibility with increasing concerns in theory and practice circle.By reviewing the theory and practice of corporate social responsibility and elaborating its essence and content,the relative problems of social responsibility evaluation indicator system in steel enterprises are discussed by combining with the characteristics of iron and steel enterprises. |
