辽宁省经济增长的就业弹性分析与对策

辽宁省作为典型的老工业基地,面临严峻的就业问题。通过对辽宁省经济增长的就业总弹性以及分三次产业就业弹性的分析,指出辽宁就业弹性整体下降,三次产业吸纳就业存在差异,由于传统观念影响,第三产业比重与北京、上海存在较大差距,提出进一步促进第三产业发展,实现产业结构优化与就业的良性互动,发展非公有制经济,推进大学毕业生就业等扩大就业的建议。

Employment elasticity analysis and countermeasures of economic growth in Liaoning province

Liaoning province as a typical old industrial base,is faced with the severe problem of employment.Through the analysis of total employment elasticity and employment elasticity of the three industries of economic growth in Liaoning province,it points out that the employment elasticity is reducing,due to the traditional ideas influence,the proportion of the third industry has big differences from Beijing and Shanghai,finally some suggestions are proposed,such as promoting the development of the third industry,realizing the benign interaction between the optimization of industrial structure and employment,developing the non-public owned economy,and promoting the employment of university graduates.
