耳机壳体塑件热流道注塑模的设计

摘    要:耳机注塑件结构复杂,为了解决其模具的加工周期长问题,在分析耳机壳体塑件的结构特点的基础上,进行基于热流道系统的塑件用料工艺参数、模具型腔、型芯的结构的设计,力求保证制品的良好成型;通过选用标准模架和热流道系统,不仅缩短了模具的加工周期,而且大大节省了原材料并提高了生产效率,满足大批量生产的需求。

Abstract:The structure of the earphone shell plastic pattern is complex,and in order to solve the problem of long period of mold machine work,this paper analyzed the structure of the plastic parts for the earphone shell,designed and determined the selection of technological parameters,the master pattern and core pattern′s structures based on the heat-transmitting system.Therefore,the molding process is warranted.Meanwhile,by employing a standard pattern and heat-transmitting system,the machining cycle time is shortened,the usage of material is saved and the working efficiency is improved,thus can meet the requirements of mass production.
