摘    要:基于CAD和Pro/E软件设计一套控制印花机上下杯机构的机械手机构。机械手由传动部件、机身、臂部、手部等组成,通过对机械手的动作、功能和建模分析,建立机械手的运动学和动力学方程,进行精确求解。利用液压传动,实现机械手的自动控制过程。

Abstract:Based on the software CAD and Pro/E,a set of manipulator mechanism that control fluctuation cup mechanism of printing machine was designed in this paper.The manipulator is composed of transmission parts,body,arm,hand and other components.Through the analysis to the action,function and modeling of the manipulator,a kinematics and dynamics equation is established and get precise solution.The automatic control process of mechanical hand is realized with hydraulic transmission.
