| 摘 要： | 安全标准化规范是一套系统的、程序化、具有自我约束、持续改进机制的科学管理体系,是以实现以事故预防与风险控制管理为核心的安全管理模式。文章对已实施近7年的标准化存在的问题进行汇总归纳,并对新发布的《评审标准》中几个要素进行分析探讨。

| Abstract: | Safety standardization specification is a set of system, procedural, has the self- discipline mechanism, continuous improvement of scientific management system, realizing to accident prevention and risk control management as the core of safety management mode. Article has been in place for nearly 7 years, the problems existing in the standardization to carry on the summary induction, and the ＂standard of review＂ of the new release paper discusses several elements. |
