云南马关铜钨矿选矿试验研究

摘    要:云南马关铜钨矿含铜0.197%,含钨0.212%,含硫6.32%。为进行选厂工艺改造及工业生产提供依据,对选矿工艺方案及选别工艺影响因素进行了考察。研究结果表明,采用石灰和水玻璃作抑制剂,硫酸铜作活化剂,丁基黄药和733作捕收剂的优先浮选工艺能够适应矿石性质及生产要求。采用该工艺可以获得铜精矿含铜20.613%,铜回收率82.88%;硫精矿含硫42.63%,硫回收率80.29%;钨精矿含WO,56.58%,钨回收率91.00%的指标。

Abstract:The copper - tungsten ore in Maguan, Yunnan contains copper 0. 197%, tungsten 0. 212% , sulfur 6. 32%. The in- fluence factors of beneficiation technology scheme and mineral processing technology are investigated in order to provide the foundation for technology transformation and industrial production of dressing plant. The research results show, the selective flotation process can adapt the ore properties and meet the production requirements under such conditions: use the lime and sodium silicate as the depressor, use tile copper sulfate as the activator, and the sodium n-butylxanthate and 733 can be used for collector. The production results show that the copper con- centrate contains copper 20. 613%, copper recovery is 82. 88% ; sulfur concentrate contains sulfur 42.63% , sulfur recovery is 80. 29%, tungsten concentrate contains WO3 56.58%, tungsten recovery is 91.00% by using these technologies.
