| Abstract: | Principles and methods for producing thermal expandable microcapsule are introduced. Such microcapsules were mainly prepared by a limited coalescence suspension polymerization technique. A mixture of monomers and blowing agent was polymerized. Factors affecting the morphological structure and blowing performance of the microcapsule are discussed. |
