热管式脱氢反应器研究与试验

摘    要:介绍了热管式反应器在乙苯脱氢和环己醇脱氢反应中应用的试验过程和结果。单管试验和中试结果都表明,热管式反应器具有比较高的反应转化率、选择性和收率,热管等温反应器床层温度均匀,没有列管式反应器内吸热反应过程中的冷点,相同转化率时,热管式反应器床层高度低,催化剂用量少,生产能力大,能耗低。

Abstract:It was summariyed in thispaper for the technology and experimental methods in use of heatpipe reactors to cyclohexanol and ethyl benzene dehydrogenation reaction processes. Both the single pipe and the middle tests showed that the heat pipe reactor has a higher convertibility?selectivity and productivity, the catalytic bed temperature is uniform along the axial and the cold point along the axial as in the tube reactor is not existed in the heat pipe reactor. At the same amount of convertibility, the catalytic bed height deceases and the amount of catalytic is small, the productive capacity is large and the energy consume is lower.
