特大型浅地表火区灭火抑爆技术实践

摘    要:针对白芨沟矿特大型火区的范围广、垮落空间大、火与瓦斯共存、地表漏风严重等特点,采用了水封进风巷道抑爆技术、地面钻孔大流量注三相泡沫灭火技术、大流量氮气灭火抑爆技术,彻底扑灭封闭空间达1000万m^3的火区,防止了瓦斯的再爆炸。

Abstract:According to the wide area, large roof falling space, mine fire and gas existing, serious air leakage at the surface of the special large firing area in Baijigou Mine, the gas explosion control technology with water to seal the air coming roadway, the mine fire extinguishing technology with the surface boreholes filling high quantity of three phase foam and the fire extinguishing and gas explosion control technology with large quantity of nitrogen gas were adopted to completely put off and seal a firing area with an area of 10 million m^2. All above have prevented the gas re-explosion, fully recovered the mine production and obtained obvious economic and social benefits.
