| 摘 要： | 本文对一种热管式CPU散热器的传热机理、传热路线和各传热阶段的热阻进行了定性分析和定量分析，建立了该热管式散热器传热模型，导出了其总传热系统的计算式，并给出了计算实例。

| Abstract: | In this paper, quanlitive and quantitative analyses of heat dissipation mechanism of heat pipe radiator for CPU, courses of heat transfer and heat resistance in different stages of heat transfer are made. The model of this kind of radiator is established, a formula for the total heat transfer system is derived, and a practical case for calculation is given. |
