IEC闪变仪的RTDS实现

摘    要:根据国际电工委员会(IEC)推荐的闪变仪测量原理,在实时数字仿真器RTDS上,建立了IEC闪变仪模型,得到瞬时闪变视感度.将此闪变仪模型应用到基于现场实测数据的电弧炉供配电系统模型中用于母线电压闪变的测量,所得结果与FLUKE电能质量分析仪Topas2000的测量结果一致,从而证明了该模型的合理性.

Abstract:According to the measuring principle suggested by IEC,the model for the flicker meter is implemented under the environment of RTDS.It can deal with the voltage signal and receive the instantaneous flicker sensation level.Then,measurement of flicker for the bus voltage of AC EAF power supply system model based on the recorded field data was finished.The results obtained were consistent with those by Fluke PQ Analyze Topas 2000,which proved that the model is reasonable.
