国际碳基金运行机制研究

碳基金作为国际社会签署《联合国气候变化框架公约》和《京都议定书》以来出现的重要的节能减排平台之一,在全球节能减排领域发挥着重要作用,对我国的节能减排事业也提供了重要支持。从组织契约、投资决策、风险控制与投资退出等方面系统分析了碳基金的整体运行机制,并针对我国经济发展现状,指出了碳基金对我国节能减排事业的重要作用和发展本土碳基金的紧迫性和必要性。
