电弧炉工艺模型及其应用现状

摘    要:通过分析目前国内外电弧炉冶炼工艺中常用的算法及模型的发展现状,得知我国电弧炉工艺模型的开发和应用状况与国外还有一定的差距。采用人工神经网络技术、基于炉气分析的电弧炉动态模型和采用迭代动态规划算法的优化模型将可能成为今后电弧炉工艺模型的发展方向。

Abstract:The major algorithms and development status of technology model in EAF were introduced. The results show that the level of development and application of technology model in EAF in China is not relatively good, compared to the advanced level abroad. In the future it may become a development direction to adopt these models such as the dynamic models of EAF based on off-gas analysis, artificial neural networks algorithm and optimal models with iterative dynamic programming.
