| Abstract: | PetroChina regional companies generally use the multi-project management to carry out off and gas long distance pipeline large- scale construction. This article combines with the actual management situation, introduces the formulating method, control measures and key points for attention of schedule briefly, offers a referable schedule management method for completing multi-project duration objectives. |
