| 摘 要： | 针对铝拉丝油的润滑效果和使用寿命中存在的问题,研制了一种新型高速铝大拉机用拉丝油,经过测试其理化检测性能指标,选择最佳的配方并在上海某铝线厂进行铝杆拉制试验,试验结果表明该种拉丝油性能优良,很好地起到了拉丝润滑的作用,经济成本也较低。

| Abstract: | In terms of the effect and service life of the aluminium drawing lubricant,a new type of drawing lubricant for high speed aluminium rod drawing machine was developed.An optimized formulation was obtained by determination of the physical/chemical properties of the lubricant.Test of aluminium rod drawing using this lubricant was carried out in a Shanghai Aluminium Plant.The test result showed that the lubricant had excellent properties,played a good role in drawing lubrication and had low costs. |
