| 摘 要： | 当前我国城市休闲餐饮发展势头猛,赢利能力强;呈多圈层、次递发展态势,地区差异明显;西式休闲餐饮加速扩张,竞争激烈,中式休闲餐饮步步为营,蓄势待发。随着我国社会经济的发展与都市文明的演进,休闲餐饮将迎来更好的发展机遇。

| Abstract: | Analysis of data released in 2010 Chinese Catering Industry Development Report and Dianping. corn shows： At present, city leisure catering develops rapidly and is profitable; Its development is multi -layered and multi- circled with big regional differences; Western style leisure catering expands quickly with fierce competition and Chinese style catering develops steadily with much potential. With the economic development and the evolution of urban civilization, leisure catering will meet with better opportunity for further development. |
