餐饮服务教学实施探究式教学的思考

为了改变目前我国职业教育普遍存在的学生被动接受知识技能的学习方式,职业学校应大力推广探究式教学方式,具体到在餐饮服务教学中,应把探究式教学作为课程改革的重要内容,在实施过程中积极引导学生主动参与探究学习,有效地增强学生的探究和创新意识,提高学生综合运用知识和技能的能力。

Reflections on Inquiry Teaching Practice in Catering Service Course

Modern education puts emphasis on the training of the students＇ practice ability and creativity and inquiry teaching is an efficient teaching method to reach this goal. There are two misunderstandings in our vocational education ever since： One is taking ＂knowing what＂ as basic teaching requirement and the other is taking ＂meeting the needs＂ as an important target in knowledge and technique study, which results in passive acceptance of knowledge popular among students. Therefore, in catering service teaching practice, we should take inquiry teaching as an important part of curriculum reform, make students actively participate in studying, enhance their curiosity and innovation and promote their comprehensive knowledge and techniques.
