防磨降耗抽油泵研制及应用

摘    要:针对抽油机井偏磨及高能耗的实际现状,提出了兼备偏磨治理与节能降耗双重作用的防磨降耗抽油泵。该泵在泵筒上部增设环形阀,取消常规泵的固定阀,能够减小下行程时抽油杆受到的浮力,降低中和点的位置,使抽油杆挠曲难度增大,延缓偏磨。同时由于下行程时浮力的降低,抽油杆自重被进一步释放,增加了下行悬点载荷,减少电机对重物做功份额,实现节能。现场应用表明:在平均抽吸参数不变的条件下,抽油机下行悬点载荷显著降低,系统效率提高了8个百分点,具有良好的推广应用价值。

Development and application of wearproof and consumption reduction oil pump
Abstract:Aiming at the actual situation of pumping wells eccentric wear and high-energy,this paper proposes well pump with dual function of eccentric wear governance and the ener-gy consumption Annular valve is set in upper part of the pump,routine pump valve is cancelled,which can reduce the buoyancy of sucker rod downward,reduce the neutralization point,increase sucker rod buckling difficulty,delay partial grinding.At the same time decreasing of the buoyancy downward further release sucker rod's weight,increased the downlink suspended load,reduce the motor's work share to weights,realize energy saving.Field application shows that:in the fixed average suction parameters,pumping unit suspension point load descending significantly,the efficiency of the system increase by 8 percentage which has good application value.
