摘    要:以三乙醇胺为反应物 ,研制出了不含苯环的医用聚氨酯新型室温固化剂 ,对其固化过程进行了初步研究 ,并对产物的硬度、弹性、稳定性等进行了研究 ,发现与MOCA作交联剂的反应产物的性能相近 ,说明该固化剂作为低毒性的MOCA替代物是可行的 .

Abstract:The development of new curing agent for medical polyurethane, mainly composing of triethanolamine was reported. The hardness, elasticity, stability of the product and the process of solidification were studied. It was proved that using the new solidify reagent as the substitute for MOCA was reasonable and feasible.
