柴油机涡轮增压系统在GT-POWER中标定方法的研究

摘    要:在GT-POWER软件中建立了某4缸柴油机的模型,分3步阐述了增压系统的标定方法,并以此柴油机为例,进行仿真计算,通过仿真结果与实验数据的对比,验证了标定方法的可行性,总结了增压器模型中各系数的影响规律,为以后的标定工作提供了便利。

Abstract:In the first the four cylinder diesel engine model is established in the GT-POWER code.Then the calibration method of turbo-charging system in the diesel engine is divided into three steps,and the simulation is made in the diesel engine by this method.After the simulation results are compared with the test results,the feasibility of calibration method is validated.The variation regularity of the coefficient in turbo-charging model are summarized,which provides convenience for calibration.
