摘    要:为了检测大距离多孔系零件的同轴度,采用激光准直技术与光电检测技术,设计一个多功能自定心综合测头系统。该测头由三爪自定心机构、光电编码器、棘轮和直流电机等部件组成,通过逐次采集大距离多孔系零件孔径内部径向截面尺寸和圆心位置信息,通过同轴度最小包容算法和误差补偿系统,对被测零件孔径进行同轴度误差的评定,并且可以实现对零件整体参数进行记录,解决了大距离多孔系零件同轴度检测难和不易返修的问题。

Abstract:In order to detect the coaxiality of big distance porous parts,a multi-function self-centering measurement institution was designed by using laser benchmark technology and optoelectric detection technology.The system consists of three claws self-centering institution,optoelectric encoder,ratchet wheel and DC motor.Using the aperture section size and center coordinates and adopting minimum contain method and error compensation system to evaluate coaxial error for the parts,and the parts parameters can be recorded so that for repair.
