基于断层扫描思想的曲面面积计算方法研究

摘    要:根据实际工程应用对物体的表面积信息的需求,基于CT断层扫描的思想,提出了用断层边界信息计算曲面面积的新方法。首先,针对椭球面、圆锥面和球面,给出了与理论结果相吻合的数值计算结果。其次,针对实际的鸡蛋表面积,使用细铜丝围出物体每一个断层面的边界形状,对其成像,通过图像边缘检测技术提取每一断层面的边界数据,利用海伦公式计算出实际鸡蛋的曲面面积。实验表明,该方法实用、简单且计算精度高,满足实际工程应用的需要。

Method of curved surface area calculation based on the idea of CT tomography

Abstract:According to the requirement of practical engineering application on the curved surface area information,inspired by the idea of CT tomography,a new method to calculate the curved surface area by utilizing the boundary information of every cross section is proposed.For the area of ellipsoid surface,conical surface and spherical surface,the numerical calculation results coincident with the theoretical results are presented.And then for the curved surface area of an egg,the boundary shape of every cross section was obtained with thin copper wires around the egg and was imaged.The boundary′s data of every cross section was extracted with the edge detection technique.The curved surface area of egg is calculated with Helen formula.Experiment results show that the method is practical,simple and precise,and can satisfy the needs of practical engineering application.
