摘    要:利用有限元方法建立H型钢轧制过程中的温度场模型,并用ANSYS进行求解来研究了冷却水对轧件温度的影响。结果表明,ANSYS能精确地确定汽化冷却过程中冷却水的对流换热系数。

Abstract:The temperature variation in H-beam rolling process is studied by finite element method and ANSYS is used to solve equation in order to discuss the influence of cooling water on H-beam.The result indicates that the convection modulus of cooling water can be confirmed by ANSYS method in the process of boil away-cooling off.
