氯化聚乙烯矿用电缆补强填充体系和硫化体系的研究

摘    要:研究了补强填充体系和硫化体系对氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM)物理性能的影响,优选出了最佳补强填充体系和硫化体系。实验结果表明,结构度相对较低的炭黑N550、N660和浅色填料中的白炭黑、滑石粉是CM较好的补强填充剂;在过氧化物硫化体系中DCP用量3.5份,TAIC用量3份,PDM用量0.4份时,硫化胶的综合物理机械性能最好。

Abstract:This paper studied the influences of different fillers on the physical performance of chlorinated polyethylene.The optimal vulcanization condition and reinforcement component were found through various experimental works.The experimental results suggested that the vulcanized rubber had the best mechanical properties when the DCP,TAIC and PDM were 3.5,3 and 0.4 phr,respectively.
