钻机参数测量系统抗干扰技术的研究

摘    要:设计了以工控机为核心,实时对钻压、转速等钻机参数测量预警系统,提出频率/电压转换方法测量钻机立轴转速。针对现场环境的干扰问题,软件设计中采用限幅和滑动滤波法,硬件设计中采用屏蔽和去纹波等措施。

Anti-interference Technology of Drilling Machine's Parameters Measuring System
Abstract:Warning system of measurement based on industrial control computer is designed in this paper.This warning system can monitor many parameters of drilling machine such as drill pressure and rotate speed.A frequency/voltage transition method that it can be used to measure the vertical axis's rotate speed of drilling machine is proposed.The interferences of field environment are removed by limiting and slipping filter methods on software and shield and removal ripple measures on hardware.
