摘    要:采用国产质子交换膜、国产催化剂、国产碳纸和国产石墨板,制备了千瓦级质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)堆,并完成了该电堆的发电测试及相关试验。该电堆的运行功率密度达到了200mW/cm2以上,电压分布均匀,电堆累积运行1800h后,性能没有明显的下降,整体上稳定性良好。

Abstract:A 1 kW level proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)was made with proton exchange membrane,catalyst,carbon paper and carbon plate made in China.The performance analysis and relevant experiment were done and showed that the power density of the stack had exceeded 200 mW/cm2 with the voltage distributed uniformly.It also showed a long-lasting stability of the stack by operating 1 800 h with no obvious reduction in performance.
