单相可逆电动机电子制动的研究与实现

摘    要:文章介绍了单相可逆电动机的工作原理;分析了电磁抱闸制动与电子制动的优劣。设计了基于单片机的单相可逆电动机电子制动的驱动电路。给出了单相可逆电动机电子制动的控制时序。采用电子制动方案,省去了电磁抱闸制动方式的刹车机构,提高了电动机的制动频率和定位精度。

Abstract:The operating principles of single phase reversible motor are introduced in the paper. The differences between electromagnetic band braking and electronic braking in the performance are analyzed,and the drive circuit of electronic braking is designed based on microcontroller. The sequential control of electronic braking for single phase reversible motor is presented.
