摘    要:对武器装备性能的故障诊断,传统的方法是使用多种检测仪器对武器装备进行性能检查,技术含量低,不能满足现代战争的需要;为了提高部队的作战性能,研制了基于C/S模式的网络化远程测试系统,该系统主要利用基于USB接口和RS232接口的虚拟仪器和基于LAN接口的网络化仪器实现对信号的远程采集、处理和实时显示;同时系统引入了网络监控设备,专家端和现场端方便实时地进行视频和音频信息传递;该装置在实际应用中取得了良好效果,降低了维修保障费用,具有较高的军事及经济意义.

Abstract:Traditional methods of fault diagnoses for weapon system use various testing instruments, They carry out property inspection, Technical content is low , They cannot satisfy the needs of modern war; To raise the operational property of arm, the network long-range testing system based on the pattern of C/S is developed, The systems mainly use to realize real time to handle the long range collection for signal based on the virtual instrument of USB interface and 232 RS interfaces and the network instrument based on LAN interface to show to realize the fault diagnosis for weapon system with the analysis of fault tree in expert system. At the same time The systems have led into network supervisory equipment, expert end and local end conveniently have real time on the- spot to carry out the information of video and audio. This installation has gotten good effect in actual application; it has reduced maintenance guarantee cost, having higher military and economic meaning.
