| 摘 要： | 确定系统维修工作时，以可靠性为中心的建模是主要方法之一，本文通过某型ATE结构分析，总结了其预防性维修周期决策一般思路与方法。经用户检验，对该系统的维修决策发挥了良好作用。文章结论对研究类似系统的维修周期的确定也有一定的借鉴意义。
