苏帕河流域梯级电站可视化动态管理

摘    要:适应当前科技兴国大战略形式,紧密结合地方实际工程建设,介绍了苏帕河流域梯级电站可视化动态管理理论和方法。文章首先介绍了网络环境下苏帕河流域梯级电站综合信息的高效管理和应用,随后阐述了苏帕河流域梯级电站施工的可视化动态管理与控制,包括基于可视化仿真的各个工程进度、投资的可视化管理与控制,最后,讲述了苏帕河流域梯级电站联合优化调度的思路和方法。提高了苏帕河梯级水电站工程施工及运行管理决策科技含量,大大提高了管理效率。

Abstract:This paper gives an introduction to the theory and the method of the visualized dynamic management of the cascade hydropower plants in the Supa river basin according to the great strategic situation of rejuvenating the country through science and technology and the construction of the locally-administrated projects.The paper firstly introduces the high efficiency management and application of the comprehensive information of the cascade hydropower plants in the Supa river basin under the network environment,then describes the visualized dynamic management and control of the construction of the cascade hydropower plants in the Supa river basin,including visualized artificial progress of each project and visualized management and control of investment,and finally explains the thinking and the method of the joint optimized operation of the Supa river cascade hydropower plants.The visualized dynamic management enriches the technology content in making strategic decisions on construction,operation and management of the Supa river cascade hydropower plants,thus greatly improving the management efficiency.
