毛细管电泳法分取制备西酞普兰单一对映体的研究

摘    要:利用磺化-β-环糊精对西酞普兰两个对映异构体的立体选择性差异,建立了基于毛细管电泳技术分取制备西酞普兰单一对映体的新方法。结果表明,实验室条件下分取制备4小时后样品瓶中的(S)-异构体和(R)-异构体分别为原来的42.7%和85.2%,二者比例由100%降低为50%。该方法有望在手性药物单一对映体的工业制备中得到广泛应用。

Abstract:A novel method to prepare monoenantiomer of citalopram by capillary electrophoresis has been developed according to the difference of recognition between sulfate-β-cyclodextrin and the enantiomers of citalopram. The results show that the quantity of (S)-enantiomer and (R)-enantiomer remained in sample vial were 42.7 % and 85.2 %, respectively, and the ratio of them decreased from 100 % to 50 % after four hours. The method may be used extensively to prepare monoenantiomer in the future.
