微胶囊与微胶囊技术

摘    要:介绍了微胶囊、微胶囊的包裹材料的种类选用原则、微胶囊囊芯物的种类。重点介绍微胶囊化技术,主要的制备方法有水相分离法、有机相分离法、复相乳液聚合法、乳液聚合法、界面聚合法,界面沉积法、后面三种方法主要用来制备纳米微胶囊,对微胶囊建立特性进行表征,并对微胶囊的大小、膜厚、微胶囊膜的孔径对微胶囊的扩散笥能的影响进行探讨,预测了微胶囊技术的发展前景/

Abstract:The microcapsule, the kinds of materials used in manufacturing the wall of microcapsule and the internal materials of microcapsule, and the application of microcapsules have been described. The methods to prepare microcapsule have been significantly described that include water phase separation encapsulation, organic phase separation encapsulation, multiple phase emulsion encapsulation, emulsion polymerization, interfacial polymerization, interfacial deposit. The last three methods can be used to prepare nanometre microcapsule. Character parameters have been set up to indicate microcapsule. At the same time, the influence of the size of microcapsule, film thickness, pore diameter on the property of permeation and diffusion has been discussed. At last, the future of microcapsule has been predicted.
