高分子PTC材料及其器件电阻稳定性研究概况

摘    要:综述了高分子基PTC(正温系数)导电材料及其器件开发中最关键的技术-电阻稳定性的研究现状及 进展,分析了影响电阻稳定性和重要性的因素,提出了辐照交联等方法,并从原理上作了简单介绍。

Abstract:The development status and progress of technology about electrical resistance stability which was a key to study polymer PTC(positive temperature coefficient) conducting material and its application were reviewed. The effect factors of the electrical resistance stability were analyzed. The resoluble methods were given, and the basic principle was introduced.
