| 摘 要： | 介绍了在精密塑件成型中制定完整合理的多级注塑工艺参数的步骤，并结合实例探讨了注塑工艺的各要素对产品外观质量、内应力、尺寸等的影响。结果表明、通过准确地调整各段压力、速度和行程可显著改善制品外观，有效消除制品内应力。

| Abstract: | The steps how to set up complete and resonable multi-stage injection molding process data for precise plastic parts' manufacture have been introduced. The effects of essential factor in molding process on appearance internal stress and dimension of product were probed on the basis of combining with actual examples. The results showed the appearance of product was improved and the inter tension of product was elimated obviously by adjusting accurately the pressure, speed and movement distant of every zone. |
