ACR改性剂对硬质PVC焊接强度的影响

摘    要:研究了不同ACR(丙烯酸酯类)抗冲改性剂对硬质聚氯乙烯(RPVC)型材焊接强度的影响,比较了不焊接样片和热处理、焊接后的样片,力学性能测试、扫描电镜观察和热重-质谱分析表明,影响PVC型材焊接强度的主要因素是焊接过程中ACR改性剂粒子的混合形态与分布。

Abstract:The influence of different ACR impact modifiers on welding strength of rigid PVC is studied, and the sample that is not welded and is heat treatment and welded are compared. By means of mechanical properties test,SEM and thermogravimetry-mass spectroscopy, the results show that the main influence factors on welding strength are PVC profile morphological structure and distribution of ACR modifier in welding process.
