我省大中型建筑企业要想在激烈的国际建筑市场上求生存、图发展，除抓住机遇，推动改革外，还须抓好科技进步和创忧管理两个方面的工作。分析了我省大中型建筑企业科技发展缓慢的原因，提出以优质工程求生存，科技进步求发展的战略。同时指出须严格实施创优管理，打造优质品牌，以铭牌标志公告社会，才能产生良好的社会效益。

Considerations on the existing and developing of large and medium construction enterprises in our province

In this article the viewpoint that realizing the existing and developing of large and medium construction enterprises in our province in international building market with violent competition tow aspects works as grasping scientific and technical advancements and excellent management must do well. The reasons causing the slow development in scientific and technical advancements of large and medium construction enterprises are analyzed. The developing strategy that existing depends on high quality engineering and developing depends on scientific and technical advancements is proposed. At the same time author point out that the excellent management must be carried out to create famous brand. Using famous brand the good social benefit can be produced.
