基于NJM3771D2的步进电机细分控制系统的设计

摘    要:针对步进电机的动静态性能差以及驱动电路模块化的趋势。本文以NJM3771D2为驱动模块。采用细分的方法,设计出步进电机控制系统。文中主要阐述了NJM3771D2的性能特点。介绍了步进电机的细分原理以及系统的硬件结构。实验表明。系统的动静态性能得到了明显的改善。

Abstract:According to the poor dynamic and static performance of stepping motor and the trend of modularization of drive circuit,this paper design a stepping motor control system based on NJM3771D2,by using subdivision.The paper mainly describes the performance and characteristics of NJM3771D2,introduce the subdivision principle of stepping motor and hardware structure of the system.The experiment result indicates that the dynamic and static performance of stepping motor is improved significantly.
