摘    要:借鉴对称矩阵的子空间迭代法思想,将辛子空间迭代法应用于增压器系统,以某增压器转子为例,充分考虑涡轮增压器的特殊性,建立了涡轮增压器转子的有限元模型,并在计算模型中综合考虑了轮盘的陀螺力矩,转动惯量、支承和轴套等因素,分别计算了增压器转子在不同支承刚度下临界转速、振型的变化趋势,分析了支承刚度对增压器转子动力学特性的影响.计算结果表明:改变支承刚度可以有效地调整该增压器转子的临界转速,但对转子各阶临界转速振型影响不大.

Abstract:A symplectic matrix subspace iteration method of indefinite gyroscopic systems was applied to solve the natural problem of indefinite gyroscopic systems.A computer program based on this method was used to investigate the rotor dynamic characteristics such as critical speeds of rotor systems.A finite element model of turbocharger rotor system was established which included the gyroscopic moment and stiffness of floating bearings.The varying trends of critical speeds and vibration mode with the variation of b...
