摘    要:运用高压釜反应器和偏光显微镜,研究了低变质烟煤增塑过程中岩相特征变化,分析了影响增塑煤黏结性的主要因素.结果表明:在反应温度达到330 ℃之前,煤的黏结性基本上没有发生变化,镜质组反射率随温度上升略有升高;反应温度达到350 ℃后,煤的黏结性显著增强,同时增塑煤煤岩特征发生了显著变化,微镜惰煤是增塑煤中主要的显微煤岩类型.煤粒在热解、溶胀、催化剂、加氢、新组分形成的综合作用下发生结构变化和颗粒间融并,是导致煤黏结性增强和岩相特征变化的主要原因.350 ℃下增塑煤的黏结性主要来自于新生可溶组分,由煤结构变化引起的黏结性增加需要更高的反应温度.

Abstract:By means of high pressure autoclave reactor and microscopic photometer, the petrological transformation of low rank coal during hydrotreating plastication reaction was studied and the dominant factors that affect caking property of hydrogenated coal were discussed. The results show that when temperature is lower than 330 ℃, the caking property is not changed and reflectance of vitrinite increases slightly with the increased temperature. When reacted temperature is higher than 350 ℃, the modified plasticized coals have stronger and stronger caking property meanwhile vitrinertite become the dominant microlithotype of modified coal that is different from feed coal remarkably. The combination of coal particles and structure transformation generated from thermal pyrolysis, swelling, catalyst, hydrotreating and new formed components result in stronger plasticity and modified microlithotype. The improved caking property is mainly caused by new formed and organic solvent soluble component when reacted temperature is lower than 350 ℃ and higher temperature is necessary to get modified plasticity generated by coal structure change.
