摘    要:介绍了燕山石油化工公司II套催化裂化装置以提高掺渣率为目标进行的技术改造。改造采用了富氧再生工艺、重新设计的提升管、石油大学开发的全封闭旋流式快速分离系统、多段高效汽提、DVR 1渣油裂化催化剂 ,并配合一些防止沉降器和分馏塔结焦的措施 ,如高效进料雾化喷嘴、提升管下游注急冷油和急冷水等。改造后掺渣率达 75%以上。对掺渣率分别为 65% ,75%和 85%的三种情况进行了标定 ,汽油的辛烷值略有提高 ,转化率和轻质油收率分别达到 66.8%和 69.5%以上。

Abstract:Revamping for blending more residue into feed of No.2 FCCU of Yanshan Petrochemical Company was introduced.The revamping included the application of the oxygen enriched regeneration process,the redesigned riser,the closed loop fast separating cyclone developed by Petroleum University,a multi stage high efficiency stripping equipment,the DVR 1 residue cracking catalyst and measures for preventing cokingsuch as installation of high efficiency atomizing nozzle and injection of quench oil and quench water downstream of the riser.After revamping,the blending ratio of residue reached over 75%.The results of performance tests at 65%,75% and 85% residue blending ratios conditions showed that the octane number of gasoline was slightly increased,and the conversion and light oil yield reached 66% and 69.5%.
