燃气管道防腐技术分析

摘    要:为了有效抑制天然气管道腐蚀,降低经济成本和减少安全事故。论述了硫化氢(H2S)、二氧化碳(CO2)腐蚀机理及其影响因素,涂层和阴极保护工艺流程,应用全球定位系统(GPS)、资源与环境信息系统(GIS)、数据采集与监视控制系统(SCADA)系统对腐蚀进行监控。对比内、外涂层性能,强制电流和牺牲阳极阴极保护方法以及杂散电流处理方案,依据成都燃气实际,提出燃气管道防腐方案。

Abstract:In order to restrain natural gas pipeline corrosion effectively, reduce economic cost and security incident, this paper discusses the corrosion mechanism and influencing factors of hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide, and the technological process of coating and catholic protection as well, introducing how to monitor the corrosion with GPS, GIS, and SCADA system. By analyzing the outer coating performance, forced current and sacrificial anode catholic protection method and stray current treatment programs, and based on the practice, this paper proposes the gas pipeline anticorrosion plan.
