摘    要:传统的精炼炉经常用石灰+碳化钙或碳化硅等脱氧脱硫剂造渣,对钢水脱氧、脱硫、去夹杂物,效果不甚理想,且成本较高。为此,本公司试验利用加入部分焦粉,硅钙合金粉末代替碳化钙,碳化硅脱硫脱氧追渣能净化钢液,改变夹杂物形态,提高了钢的质量,降低了炼钢的成本。

Abstract:The traditional finer often use lime+TanHuaGai or carborundum etc deoxidizing desulfurizer slagging, steel deoxidizing and desulfurization, to go inclusions effect is not very ideal, and cost is higher, therefore, this company test using join part coke powder, calcium silicon alloy powder instead of silicon carbide, silicon carbide desulfurization deoxidizing slagging can purify steel liquid, change the inclusion of improved steel form quality and to reduce the steelmaking costs.
